Managing Director

Based in Boston, James Martindale has more than 18 years of large-scale project consulting experience with a focus on ERP, business transformation, change management, solution design and IT strategy and deployment services. His expertise includes helping customers in the entertainment and media, retail and apparel, and manufacturing and distribution industries align their critical business strategies with practical and scalable technology solutions.

Prior to Navint, James held leadership positions with Spry Technology, Nextera Enterprises Technology Solutions and SiGMA Consulting.

James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hartford, and is an active community volunteer.

John Robosson connect to linkedin

Managing Director

John Robosson has more than 20 years of management consulting experience in the areas of business and technology assessments, strategy development, enterprise systems selections and implementations, custom application development and business process change services. An expert in Microsoft, Oracle and SAP solutions, he has assisted companies in identifying, improving and implementing strategic technology solution initiatives across multiple industries including: legal, financial services, manufacturing, construction, health care and education. Solutions delivered range from: financial reporting, budgeting and consolidations, business intelligence, to business process improvements in finance and supply chain functions.

Prior to Navint, John held partner and senior management positions with Nextera's Technology Solutions Group, SiGMA Consulting and KPMG Consulting. He also held the position of Corporate CFO for an industrial products manufacturer and both domestic and international operations.

John is a current member of the Board of Trustees for Pittsburgh Mercy Health System, Inc. (a Catholic Health East organization). He also has past board service as a director and officer for another non-profit organization. John holds a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh. He is an active member of the Andrew Carnegie Society.

Based in Philadelphia, Robert Sullivan has more than 25 years of business experience, with 19 years in the consulting field and six as a CFO. With expertise in SAP, Oracle, QAD, Microsoft Dynamics and other best-of-breed technology applications, Rob has consulted both small and large organizations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing and service industries, including Fortune 1000 companies, such as Avery Dennison, IBM, ACNielsen, Xerox, General Electric, Campbell Soup, McGraw-Hill, Readers Digest and Rohm and Haas, in the areas of strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, cross border acquisitions, cost restructuring, process improvement, organization architecture, business process outsourcing and technology integration. As a CFO, he managed the finance, human resource and IT functions of two multi-site, multi-national organizations and has had operational responsibilities in North America and Europe.

Prior to Navint, Rob held leadership roles with Answerthink Consulting Group, KPMG Peat Marwick Consulting and Coopers & Lybrand.

A Certified Public Accountant, Rob has spoken to numerous trade organizations on finance strategy, cost management and business intelligence topics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the West Chester University, and has completed numerous postgraduate courses at St. Joseph's University.

Based in New York City, Mark Vaughn has 18 years of business and technology consulting experience developing business solutions for world-class organizations in a variety of industries, including financial services, media and entertainment, manufacturing and distribution, consumer goods and educational services. He specializes in business process re-engineering, technology strategy and planning, custom software development, as well as front- and back-office enterprise application implementations. With his program management and project leadership capabilities, Mark has also developed finance transformation and offshore integration solutions.

Prior to Navint, Mark was the Financial Services practice director for Nextera Technology Solutions Group. He also worked as a project manager for The Thompson Group and, early in his career, provided engineering services to automotive, transportation technology and consumer goods companies.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Based in Chicago, Jeff Wissink is a unique combination of business consultant, marketer, and technologist, with over 22 years of experience in interim Executive Leadership (CIO), business strategy realization, enterprise business transformation, information technology assessments and strategy, technology implementation, and program turnarounds. His expertise includes extensive work with apparel and textiles, professional services, consumer products, retail, and media and entertainment.

He has driven large-scale efficiency and effectiveness programs with mid-size and Fortune 500 organizations. The combination of exemplary diagnostic, communication and leadership skills with a strong solution delivery capability have aided in his ability to elegantly solve complex problems, and made him successful in high-risk, high-impact situations.

Prior to Navint, Jeff has held management positions with Spry Technology, US Interactive, Inc., Kurt Salmon Associates and Price Waterhouse, LLP.

Jeff holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University. He is also an active community volunteer.

Based in Boston, Peter Getchell has more than 20 years of management consulting and industry experience improving operational performance and applying structured analytics to strategic and operational decision making. Peter?s combination of operational improvement skills and technical expertise give rise to enduring business solutions implemented in a controlled, predictable fashion. His industry experience is heavy in banking, apparel manufacturing/distribution, retail, and insurance.

Peter has worked with both mid-size and Fortune 500 organizations. Peter partners with clients to jointly deliver objectives; he brings successes in business process redesign, program management, and enterprise systems implementation, and then leverages client internal strengths to build and manage an effective force for change.
